Like all people I struggle with achieving my ideal state of health. I am a retired US Army officer. I have a disabling back injury. In 2007 I could barely walk across the room because I weighed over 200 pounds. After employing a trainer and got fit again. I was so inspired I became a trainer. During the recession of 2008 I lost my job and worked as a trainer for 2 years. After returning to work as a project manager, like so many others, the stress and sitting all day took its toll and I gained weight. Even with all my knowledge, I could not change all of my own habits. Everyday I strive to make progress using tiny habits and self-monitoring. As your Health Coach I want to be a guiding partner to help you find your ideal state of fitness.
